
Abducted Prelate of the Methodist Church, His Eminence Samuel Uche on Tuesday May 31 revealed that N100m was paid as ransom before he was released. LIB reported that the prelate and two other clerics were abducted on Sunday May 29, along the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway, in the Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State. Speaking at a press conference in Lagos on Tuesday, the cleric said the monies were arranged in five sacks of N20 million.
