Super Eagles ace Kelechi Iheanacho who missed Europa action in Warsaw on Thursday, is in prime position to rturn to action against visiting Crystal Palace on Sunday.

The Nigerian international who was good to go against the Polish side before immigration palaver stopped him has his energy intact and has been tipped to roll against Patrick Vieira tutored Eagles at the Selhurst Park.

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers is further boosted with the return of Wilfred Ndidi who had been on suspension

The two sides  have struggled for consistency so far this season and will be hoping to put up a good fight in search of the much needed points.

The Eagles have taken six points from their opening six Premier League matches, while Leicester have accrued one point more from the same number of games.

Rodgers’ side who went down 1-0 to Legia Warsaw in Thursday’s Europa League group-stage match, two weeks on from squandering a two-goal lead to draw at home to Napoli are eager to return to winning ways.

The Eagles are unbeaten in their four home matches under Patrick Vieira, beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 at Selhurst Park either side of draws with Brentford and Brighton, a result which they will be hoping to re-enact against visiting foxes.

Palace may want to dwell on permutations that Leicester have lost each of their last three away games against London clubs, most recently going down 4-1 to West Ham United last month.

Vieira will however do without Eberechi Eze and Nathan Ferguson who remain Palace’s only confirmed absentees.
