Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o may not be an athlete but watching her workout dished out on Instagram on Monday you  cannot but wish she were at the Olympics doing something.

Boxing, wrestling, 100m dash, swimming and long distance race etc etc.  If that were so you wouldn’t even be surprised as the Kenya-Mexican should have a bit of that in the blood since Kenyans and Ethiopians have always dominated the long distance races wherever the hold.

Anyway away from the Olympics the super actress  surely must remain in top form as she is reprising her role as Nakia in the next Black Panther film from Marvel.

And Lupita Nyong’o looked incredible on Instagram on Monday, in a fun and inspiring workout video in which she showed off her toned physique in grape-colored athletic wear.

The Oscar winner, 38, held free weight barbells in each hand as she stood in front of some other workout equipment, with her hair pulled back under a gray head wrap.

She looked ready to go from the start of the video, while the 90s hit The Sign from Swedish band Ace of Base began playing.

Lupita started bouncing to the rhythm, wearing black sneakers, yellow socks and a black leg brace on her left knee.

She started to punch the air while holding the barbells to the rhythm of the song.

Lupita definitely had her sweat on, with her collarbone and flat abdomen glistening in the shorts and sports bra set she had on.

Towards the end, she leaned over looking slightly exhausted, nonetheless with a contented smile on her face.

Nyong’o joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2018, as Nakia in the first Black Panther film alongside the late Chadwick Boseman.
