European grill house NY Verden at Jewel Changi Airport has a spread of seasonal dishes to choose from that come in either two- or three-course meals. 

From S$22.80 per set, available for dine-in only, some highlights include the starter, Cured Tuna, which is marinated with sake shoyu mirin and garnished with roasted wakame. For mains, the Roast Turkey is marinated with thyme, rosemary and juniper berries and served with grilled shimeji mushrooms, the Pumpkin Risotto is topped with feta cheese and the Smoked Duck is served with couscous. 

For an extra-special dish, the Woodfire Salt-grilled Barramundi is only available in limited quantities every day and for takeaway.

It’s meat galore at this Kansas City-inspired smokehouse with their eight-course Christmas BBQ Feast for S$388.00. 

The hearty eight-course Christmas BBQ Feast (S$388) by the Smokehse comes with BBQ Iberico pork ribs, roasted turkey breast with crispy skin, and smoked German pork sausages. For sides, there is the European potato salad, Waldorf salad, country bread, mince pie, and gingerbread cookies.

Usual signatures will be available during the festive season. Pick from either the smoked beef ribs (S$85), beef brisket (S$80), lamb (S$96), chicken thighs (S$16), grilled octopus (S$32), or sliders stuffed with pulled pork (S$78) and beef brisket (S$108).

Go meatless with vegetarian restaurant Elemen and eat your heart out with their eight-course Santa-Licious menu at S$42.80 per person. Their Christmas Trilogy appetizer consists of crunchy watermelon radish, cherry tomato caprese and juicy watermelon with black truffle balsamic dressing. The Mushroom Carpaccio is made with mushrooms and seaweed and soy vinaigrette.

Slurp on creamy Magic Chowder, made with king oyster mushroom and crispy fried mantou stick, or dig into the Truffle Snow Blanket made up of mashed potato with truffle pate, shimeji, portobello mushroom and an onsen egg. The Jolly Christmas Pasta is topped with seaweed caviar and bits of monkey head mushroom. Wash it all down with a glass of Merry Berry Sea Salt Fizz before wrapping up your meal with desserts: Raspberry Sorbet and Matcha Tea-Ramisu.

Youngs Bar & Restaurant has assembled an assortment of sweet and savory treats this festive season. 

For celebrations at home, the restaurant is offering delivery of Yuletide classics such as Roasted Stuffed Turkey (S$148), Tourte de Salmon (S$78) and Honey-Baked Gourmet Ham (S$58). Pack on the meat with their Roasted Moroccan Lamb Leg (S$128), Roasted Sirloin Beef (S$128) from Australia, Roasted Pork Knuckle (S$58), Sausage Platter (S$88), Baked Turkey Quiche (S$38) and Sea Salt-Crusted Barramundi (S$48).

For desserts, there is the Christmas Hazelnut Log Cake (S$68) and homemade Fruit Cake with Crème Anglais (S$48).

Get tipsy with their festive cocktails like the Bad Santa, made with grenadine, peppermint liqueur and Baileys Irish Cream, Frosty The Snowman, made with vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice and cream, or the Sangria de Noel, made with Comtesse Merlot wine, cranberry and pomegranate juice, and Grand Marnier liquer.

SevenDaze

Bistro and bar SevenDaze is offering a three-course set (S$58). Choice of mains include the Festive Turkey Roulade served with purple cauliflower florets, butternut squash and asparagus, and the Seafood al Cartoccio, which has pan-fried sea bass, tiger prawns and Manila clams simmered in tomato stock.

For sides, the Baked Ham & Mozzarella Salad is served with quail eggs and sweet potatoes drenched in sweet and tangy apple dressing. The Grilled Octopus Salad is served with sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, mesclun and pine nuts.

Crowd-favorite desserts Molten Lava Cake and Poached Pear belle Hélène are also part of the package. The latter is pear poached in sugar syrup and served with tart berries, almond flakes, vanilla bean ice-cream and topped with a gold leaf. There is also the Chestnut Vanilla Crémeux, which is wrapped in a white chocolate shell. 

Take a sip of their Mariah Carey-inspired house brew, Ale I Want For Christmas Is You, a nitro red ale brimming with warm notes of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and smoky cardamom.

Black Marble

Chef Otto Weibel, self proclaimed “Godfather of Steaks” from Black Marble, has curated two platters for Christmas. 

The Joyeux Noel Platter for two (S$180) starts with gingerbread-spiced carrot soup and Burrata cheese with orange, heirloom beetroot, frisee and basil. Mains include bacon-wrapped turkey breast, pan-seared Norwegian salmon, grilled Australian wagyu striploin and crab cake with cucumber radish salad. 

For sides, the roasted maple-glazed root vegetables and cabbage are cooked in four sauces — herb butter, cranberry meat jus, Pommery mustard and chimichurri. Then there is the chocolate chestnut tart with forest berries sorbet, pistachio, and raspberry.

The Glad Tidings platter for five (S$480) has an additional Cognac-infused foie gras terrine, with brioche, apple gelee and fine salad, grilled rosemary-marinated lamb rack, and prawn and chorizo pil pil.

The menu is available for pre-order from Dec. 17 to Christmas Day, for dine-in, takeaway and delivery. 

Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro

Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro is offering a four-course Festive Set Menu at S$68 per pax. The Pan-Seared Ribeye Steak is served with assorted mushrooms, mashed potato and port wine jus, and the Char-Grilled Red Snapper is made with tobiko, Shimeji mushrooms, sweet tomatoes and chili confit coulis. The Oven-Roasted Half Paprika Chicken is served with roasted potatoes and garden vegetables.

The Family Festive Combo (S$78) has more options like Cranberry Aioli Pan-Seared Salmon and Spaghetti Carbonara with Turkey Ham & Smoked Bacon.

Dusk Restaurant & Bar

Got a bigger group to feed? Dusk Restaurant & Bar is having a six- (S$68 per pax) and seven-course menu featuring their signature Tiger Prawn Capellini.

Known for their seafood, the six-course meal features the Grilled Shrimp with Crabmeat that comes with torched cheese and fish roe, Pan Seared Cod Medallion served with champagne cream, Parmigiano Reggiano, and the Provencal Herb-Crusted Bone Marrow & Oxtail made with Syrah wine jus, sweet daikon and roots vegetable.  

The seven-course meal has even fancier dishes like the Escalope De Canard, a duck foie gras terrine with truffle oil, the Canadian Maine Live Lobster and Australian Wagyu Beef

Both sets come with either French Valrhona Chocolate Tart served with summer wild berries compote or an ice-cream dessert.
