Nigeria Professional Football League side Plateau United have hired Fidelis Ilechukwu ahead of the 2021-2022 campaign.
Ilechukwu joined Plateau United from Heartland and he will take over from Abdul-Maikaba who spent two seasons with the Club.
The former Dream Team VII assistant coach signed for the Naze Millionaires two years ago, after ending his 14-year association with MFM FC.
He helped Heartland survived relegation in just concluded 2020-2021 Nigeria Professional Football League season, despite being owed a backlog of salaries.
Plateau United finished 9th last term and Fidelis Ilechukwu is expected to help the club move forward next season.
