West Ham United boss, David Moyes, retains hope of re-signing Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard.

However, the Scot admits there’s been little movement in recent weeks regarding a deal.

The England international has returned to United after spending the second-half of last season on-loan at West Ham.

Moyes is eager to re-sign Lingard, though admits negotiations have been slow-going.

“We will see what we can do in the future. Right now, however, there is nothing new about Lingard,” confirmed Moyes.
