Following an historical win for Tems and Afrobeats at the 65th edition of the Grammy awards held on Sunday, February 5, 2023, fellowing singer who is also Grammy certified, Yemi Alade, took to her social media platform to react to the win.

Tems had received a Grammy Award for her contribution on the hit song by Future and Drake titled ‘Wait For U’ in the ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’. This achievement was also celebrated by Yemi Alade who took to her social media platform to congratulate the singer.
